Using the Charmat Method, this sparkling wine is a unique blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes in which 3% of fresh wild strawberries is added thus creating a fine, pleasant blend of aromas that results in a balanced and attractive product. It is delicious as an aperitif or served with desserts. Best served chilled between 10-12 degrees celsius.
