in small baskets, picked in the morning
Vinification: pre-fermentative cold maceration, 25
days in vats, malolactic fermentation in vats, aged
for one year, including six months in barrels, with
30% in new barrels
Tasting notes: powerful nose; in the mouth reveals
excellent quality fruit, very vigorous and well-rounded,
excellent freshness to finish. Full of character, smooth
tannins.
