Grape harvesting: picked by hand in small baskets, at the grape's full phenolic and gustatory maturity

Vinification: pre-fermentative cold maceration, vatted for 3 weeks, with 1/3 aged in barrels for one year

Blend: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot

Tasting notes: brilliant and intense ruby colour; complex aromas of red fruit, cherry and pepper; supple and refreshing attack, slight acidity to give length, discreet woodiness.
