Grape harvesting: picked by hand, at late ripeness, in small baskets, in fresh early-morning temperatures, yield of 40 hl/hectare

Vinification: pre-fermentative cold maceration, vatted for 25 days, malolactic fermentation in vats, aged for 14 months in barrels, with 35% in new barrels

Blend: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot , 10% Carménère

Tasting notes: dense ruby colour; aromas of red fruit and truffles, with elegant hints of spice and wood; smooth in the mouth with very mature tannins, lovely length with a peak of refreshing acidity, an intense and well-balanced wine.
